Overview of the program

Since the inception in 2020, Hamro Law has been conducting various online trainings and classes. Apprehending the importance of proper Contract Drafting and its interpretation in the legal field, we aim to bring out approach of Contract Drafting Training. With the emerging scope of diversification and expertise in legal field, vividly the commercial sector is also surging in various ways in the country. To address the practical lacuna of contract and its interpretation we focus in providing effective drafting class in the given timeframe.

Content

• Basics and pre requisite of contract,
• Guidelines for modern style drafting, content of contract, use of languages, interpretation of contract,
•  Execution of contract and its process,
• Necessary/important clauses of contract and its anatomy,
• Basics of commercial contracts.

Targeted Group

We are specifically targeting recent graduates and law students. We are expecting 30-35 participants.

Mode of Conducting Class

Aiming for effective outcome, the program will be held in physical presence maintaining social distancing with prior approval from the concerned government offices.
